About the Company
At MAGGY LONDON, everything we do is for women. As a part of the Maggy London and Donna Morgan design team I help with all elements of development for 6 collections per year. From concept development to tech pack creation to production approvals, on our small team I assist in tracking and developing it all.

LEADING TRIM SOURCING & DEVELOPMENT
As the Associate Designer, I am in charge of all concept research, development, sourcing, and bulk approval of trims used for both Maggy London and Donna Morgan styles. This has ranged from beaded and jewel trims, to colorfast taping, and basic notions.
DEVELOPMENT TECH PACKS
I work with our creative design team to build complete technical packages and communicate needs with our overseas factories leading up to showroom sample stage. I also assist in confirming raw materials details to the production team at bulk production stages.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
& RESEARCH
I collaborate with senior designers to establish the direction of each seasonal collection regarding prints, colors, and key silhouettes in respect to our target customer and retailer demands.
